Abena N Bondah, our managing principal consultant, is a hospitality sales and marketing superstar with unique skills and the proven ability to shatter revenue records in any market.

From humble beginnings as a front desk agent almost Two (2) decades ago, Abena’s tenacious attitude, foresight, and incredible leadership qualities quickly catapulted her into senior management at some of the largest hotel chains in the nation. Among her long list of amazing accomplishments, Abena spearheaded the opening of a number of hotels and conversions (including launches of entirely new hotel brands) in the Washington DC metropolitan area.

Abena’s true hallmark and proven track record is taking on tough challenges, turning underperforming teams into record-breaking success stories and consistently exceeding revenue targets in every market she’s encountered.

Winner of the Presidential Gold Award for service to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Abena holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maryland as well as the Certified Hospitality Sales Professional designation. Abena is very passionate about improving the lives of children and women in Africa. She directs her time and resources towards such causes. She is also the founder of the African Women Professionals Network. Abena is sought after for various speaking engagements for Women and Young Adults in religious organizations and communities. She mentors both the young and old in Kingdom work, personal and professional growth.
